What to Expect
Counselling is a talking therapy that offers a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences. In your sessions, you can expect to be listened to with empathy and without judgment. As your counsellor, I will work alongside you to help you better understand yourself, develop coping strategies, and find your own path forward. We may talk about current challenges, past experiences, or future goals—whatever feels most important to you. The process is collaborative, and you can set the pace; there’s no pressure to discuss anything before you are ready.
Counselling can help with a range of life challenges and mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, self esteem issues, managing difficult feelings and emotions. It can also helps with coping with life events and experiences including grief, loss, trauma and relationship difficulties.
My aim is to support and guide you in a way that feels comfortable and empowering for you.
It is important that we are the right fit for each other so I offer a free 20 minute introductory chat.
Session costs will then be £50 per 50 minute session.
